Mettavihari yo bhikkhu,
pasanno Buddhasasane
Adhigacche padam santam,
sankharupasamam sukham.

The bhikkhu who lives in loving-kindness with faith in the teaching of the Buddha would attain the peaceful place, the happy cessation of conditioned things.

So karohi dīpamattano, khippaṃ vāyama pandito bhava; Niddhantamalo anangano, dibbaṃ ariyabhūmiṃ upehisi.

Make an island for yourself, strive hard and become wise. Rid of impurities and cleansed of stain, you will go to the celestial abode of the Noble Ones.
